‘Tickets Tours Colosseum’ reserves the right to cancel or amend any of our tours at any time without prior notice for extenuating circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control). In this case you will receive a full refund or be offered the opportunity to transfer to another tour of equal or greater value and classification (Art. 10 of the International Convention relating to tour contracts, C.C.V. of April 23/1970 notified by law no. 1084 of 27.12.1977)

Prices: The prices of the tours may be modified in the event of unforeseen increases in the cost of services.

Clients must notify us in writing any complaints regarding the services taken as well as any complaints regarding the organisation itself or its’ failure to provide any aspect included in the tour/service description. All complaints should be made in writing to:ticketsandtourscolosseum@gmail.com, no more than 5 days later the date of the tour/service.
